Hey Graham, cool review!

You actually inspired me to buy this figure (thanks!). He is cool and quite unsual lol. Have you bought any of the Universe / Generations seekers? As scarce as they are for us UK fans?

Nice review. I just received the E-Hobby Starscreams Ghost and Sunstorm is next on my list. I have all the WST seekers and I find it's pretty cool having smaller scale versions of the original's. What I do with my smaller versions, is display them in their alt-modes while their original G1 version is in robot mode. Some people have two of each figure and that takes a lot of space. So, having a WST version is great. I'm also tempted by those medium sized seekers! :)

I had a G1 autobot years back ... and the one thing I dislike abt the G1 models is the need to take things off and put them together. eg, the landing gear and the fists. Kinda breaks the realism ... but who am I kidding here? ;)

And my friends wonder why, since I love the G1, don't have any of the let's see...Screamer, TC, Warp, Thrust, Dirge, Ramjet, Sunstorm....7 G1 Seekers. I always tell them that they look like shit and I don't want to spend the money on the bastards.

Great stuff Graham. I didn't know about Sunstorm til I was looking at a list of Decepticons on Wikipedia and saw him listed as a seeker. Looked on youtube for a review of him and got your vid! I just bought a complete Thrust and now only need Thundercracker to complete my seekers....or so I thought! I think I'm going to get this guy as well! And you're so right, they do all look awesome together. Can't wait til I can find a Thundercracker.

no i dont think they've done a universe sunstorm, but ive seen some custom versions done

I love those Mini seekers. good quality, working missile launchers, metal parts. shit stickers. managed to get the 12 of them for 40usd recently.

Does this model include the metal chest or is the whole thing plastic? Still a beautiful product though. I need to get ramjet to complete the seekers. I might have to get Sunstorm as well...

I used to store the landing gear inside the cockpit when the seekers were in robot mode. Seemed like a decent place to keep it, never lost one. *shrug*

Great that you're taking time to make these reviews. Quite awesome of you to do, mate. And this Sunstorm is really stunning. Way cooler than Starscream, in my opinion. Even his robot mode is cool. The robot mode on G1 Starscream is just rubbish, but here it's actually quite good.

But about these E-hobby figures. Would you recommend them for everyone, or just the Hard-core Transformers collectors?

And lovely review again. Really fun to watch. Look forward to what figure you're gonna do next.

i think all the e-hobby figures are really for the collectors as they are at the end of the day just repaints. though some look very cool, e.g. sunstorm, megaplex.... i would only get them if you like the look of them or its supposed to be a character you like - graham
