  • What resolution were you using?

  • @TheJgoo 1920x1080

  • @BUTTFACEBOB545

Awesome, I'm getting this card with my new build and I plan on using that resolution. Good to see it performs!

  • HEY BUTTFACE... lol

Did you ever try SLi with the Superclocked GTX560 Ti?

I want to know how well it would scale on current games, and games to come... I'll keep googling, I often find info on my own after I ask people, but any feedback would be appreciated!

  • @JohnEliasOnSTEAM Actually no, I haven't tried that yet. But I'm really wanting to pick up the same GPU that I have (Crysis 2 Superclocked GTX 560 Ti) and do SLI with that. I've heard that it has more power than a GTX 580 and almost equivalent to a GTX 590, but I'm not so sure if that's true. Keep looking! lol I'd like to know how it'd be as well.

  • @BUTTFACEBOB545

Hey again. Yeah, I looked up some benchmarks, gameplay videos, etc, and a GTX560 Ti (Superclocked, which can actually be overclocked slightly more I think) in SLi definitely outperforms a GTX580 at a cost of about $50 in difference... Crysis gameplay, SLi GTX560 Ti (Superclocked) can play it at 60-80 FPS and a GTX580 at about 35-45 (Someone correct me if I'm wrong) with 16AQ turned on to the max, so that's Crysis at full graphical capabilities.

  • @JohnEliasOnSTEAM Well, thank-you for confirming that... because now I definitely will be buying another GTX 560 Ti :)

  • @BUTTFACEBOB545

no problem, though some people have had problems with SLi, though it's an easy problem to fix, with the bridge well placed and maybe a clean driver update, etc, if you ever do have problems. i am definitely getting 2 GTX 560 Ti

  • @JohnEliasOnSTEAM Yea, I've heard about problems with SLI before, and seen a few too. And it also seems like a kind of confusing process :/. But the end result when it's complete will be ohhhh soo worth it :)

  • @JohnEliasOnSTEAM Ive seen a GTX 580 do 62 FPS on average.

  • @TheKaruProject

Benchmarks with 2x AA enabled! @ 62 FPS, but with 16xQ it could dip down to ~35-45, while the SLi GTX 560 Ti keep a steady 60ish

But who needs 16xQ? Nothing over 720p should use AA unless their GPUs can handle it, but SLi GTX 560 Ti perform very well for the price

  • What are the specs for this rig?

  • @serltkughersliugh GPU = Superclocked GTX 560 Ti

    CPU = i7 2600K @ 3.4 Ghz

    RAM = 8 Gbs

Anything else you'd like to know?

  • @BUTTFACEBOB545 no not really I'll let you know when I want to know anything else thanks.

  • @serltkughersliugh No problem, man. In case you were wondering what RAM I have, I believe its Kingston Hyper X

  • Why Lose A processor , simply for more graphics?

  • @Felipehamm Please restate that question... lol I'm still trying to understand what you just asked.

  • can some one tell me whats the differnece of playing with i5 2500 with turbo at 3,7ghz or with i5 2500k with overclock to 4ghz? will that do some visible difference on game?

  • @katexpero2 Well, first of all if you're determining whether to purchase a 2500k or regular 2500, you might as well get that 2500K for the extra 10 dollars basically. The 2500K is a great CPU. When it comes to gaming with CPU's believe it or not (if you don't already know) the processor comes into the actual gameplay while the GPU puts out the visuals. So with that extra .3 ghz you actually might see a difference. You may not see the difference, but it WILL be there.

  • @BUTTFACEBOB545 thanks

  • Is it the EVGA GTX560Ti Superclocked?

  • @Bochum96 Indeed it is. Crysis 2 Maximum Graphics Edition

  • Nice vid, I'm thinking about getting a new pc, including this card, but how much fps will I get with a gtx 560 ti Hawk @ 950Mhz, a intel core i5 2500k, stock speed (I will get a better cooler later on and overlock it to over 4,0Ghz and 8Gb 1600 RAM?

    Thanks in advance man! :)

  • @Potatizmoz That's a great card. If you have it set to the same settings with that I have on, you will probaby get around 45-60. Which isn't bad.... at all. That's really good. That processor is great. I have a 2600k i7 but you don't need an i7 if you're getting that 2500k. 8gb is great for ram. If you'd like to spend that extra 100 bucks and get the i7 2600k feel free, cause it's a FANTASTIC cpu. But you will be fine with that 2500k. You're welcome man!

  • @Potatizmoz

8GB @ 1600 Mhz is the sweetspot of RAM 4 gaming. You don't need any higher but i certainly wouldn't recommend going any lower. The Hawk is the ultimate 560 Ti and the i 2500k is more then plenty.

  • @Badaware Great, nice to hear. Thanks man! :D

  • @Potatizmoz

Forgot to add that 4.0 Ghz is a rather weak oc for a Sandy Bridge cpu, take it up to at least 4,5. Any decent board+cooler will manage that with ease.

  • oh yeah! Absolutely stunning lighting! XD

  • I'm surprised no one rated or commented on this video, its actually a really good demonstration :)

  • @theshiznut Thank you :) I really tried to make sure everyone knew my entire GPU set up.
