Hello I am in America and I wondered if I could get this on dvd if it came out? I recently just discovered Northern Soul and I am 18 years old and I grew up with Motown and this is better more upbeat. I love this video and great music. If you want to know the names of these songs or anyone I have found all of the on Youtube. First song is Going to a Happining, 2nd= Hope we have, 3rd= The Joker by the Mile Stones and the last one someone already said dont want to take their credit away

I heard that Soul music is getting more popular in England if thats true than we usually pick up what you guys do in England. I hope it is I am one of the few teens that love that music. My favorite instrument would be the organ and practical every song from that decade had one in it

@TheNorthernSoulKing I'm in Cincinnati(Ohio), and I spin Northern Soul regularly here. So be more specific, maybe I can find a dance near-ish to you. I just spun a Scooter Rally Weekender in Oxford, Ohio. Lots of great dancing, especially from the few European guests we had in attendance. I think the resurgence of the Northern scene in the UK was bigger 5 years ago than it is right now, but I could be wrong.

@Nefelits there is a dvd/cd box set called Soul Function with this on it I copied this post from down below. I can not find this song with just the instrumental version the orginal had singing in it and really didnt care for the guys voice. I can not think of the name at the moment but I will get back to you. What I did to get the instrumental is hooked up a record player that could play cds and used a soundcable and recorded that song only and it worked. Than put the song from the cd to my mp3

hmm-not sure about this ,i went to be a dance extra on the feature film "souled out " + did a bit part in the background-doubt it'll be screened ! 1st time i've seen this,violence on the scene was with dealers+ only @ the end of casino did the bouncers get stropy. thing is -if it looks like your mum/dad @ some disco,no-one's gona want to see it.i would take a leaf out of "life on mars" + up the drugs/police license etc agro,after all if it wasnt for us the rave clubs would'nt have got licenses
