  • if anyone tried to be like a superhero like batman in real life they wouldnt last that long

  • ALFRED....¡ALFRED!...

  • whats the soundtrack of the train¿

  • This song gives me goosebumps the whole time.

  • Biber : God give me a job, to make music.

    Zimmer : No... I didn't :/

  • fuckin brilliant scene.

  • god wth are does names for soundtracks so cheaty names seriously.... superman ftw!!!!!! even if i'm gonna die killed by the trolls who will rage on me!!!!! i'm doing it for you superman for your honor batman gth!!! superman FTW!!!!!

  • @christ260795 if you dont like batman get the fuck of these videos. people who like a man who wears underwearover hus trousers arent wanted here....

  • @TheBazman117 yeah he maybe has underwear on top of pijama but atleast he hasnt got donkey ears!! and he doesnt put a mask cause he ist afraid to face the bad guys with nothing on his head

  • @TheBazman117 A real superhero doesnt show his true identity even in death. Superman breaks the rules and besides how can u resisit a badass who doesnt need powers to strike fear into a city......

  • Batman Soundtrack 4-9:

    "Barbastella"

    "Artibeus"

    "Tadarida"

    "Macrotus"

    "Antrozous"

    "Nycteris"

  • I love this part in the movie. It shows Batman being drugged by Scarecrow, he is one fire, he has no one to help him and he is is reliving the worst memory of his life. Truly heartbreaking.

  • "Is it true what the say about him? I heard he can fly!"

  • @Tripp393

    I heard he can disappear.

  • I DARE someone to crank up the music starting at 2:18 at night and not feel a twinge of fear.

  • @DoubleOCJ Challenge accepted.

  • Love It

  • "Alfred.....help me...."

    CHILLLING!!!

  • @DestructiveMomoKing

    get to the CHOPPA!

  • Creepy Im watching the movie... I clicked on to this soundtrack and guess what scene was on? The alley scene this music was from :)

  • this track makes me feel sad... and i like that

  • Whats the song when Alfred save batman from the burning building in the first movie? I can't find it anywhere! I mean the soundtrack name????

  • @JimmyFraska : these "unique names" are the scientific classifications for different species of bats. there's only so many you can use. zimmer has done pretty well for himself, thanks though.

  • @BaDumTiiiiish I wish Zimmer, or whoever names them would keep unique names like these, instead of being quotes from the films, as we've seen in TDK and Inception.

  • @JimmyFraska well on the upside it's easier to find a certain track in relation to the movie...

  • 2:24 - 2:42

  • Alfred..... help me!

  • what's with the weird names on the songs?

  • Want my opinion? Ya need to lighten up.

  • you look like a guy who takes things seriously...you should lightin up

  • 很棒的配樂

  • this is awesome!!

  • This movie is way better than TDK

  • @tiiito1988 Both have great stories but TDK was great, but also kind of depressing

  • @tiiito1988 a freakin greed

  • @tiiito1988 agreed. Has a much better story and the whole tone of the movie is just so awesome. The reason TDk is so good is because of the joker, two-face and the amazing action scenes.

  • This is a great track. You can hear the grief, lonliness, and obsession Batman feels and that is an impressive accomplishment of Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard.

  • "He's here...."

  • All the Musics names are names of Bat Species.

  • Gives me the chills but makes me excited for more :D

  • This soundtrack by far has some of thee darkest music I've ever heard in a long time

  • Hamill has the best joker laugh, maybe if they did a batman when his 50 years old they could have hamill play the joker.

  • From Arkham Asylum?

  • yes the joker in arkham asylum and hamill also was the joker in Batman The animated series.

  • I miss heath :(

  • 2:10 - 2:55, just love the creepy feel to it.

  • They all portray a veryation of Joker, Ledger was more of a real life, creepy Joker. Nicholson was more of a classic Joker and Hammil portrayed more of a newer / classic version, but hell they were all good Jokers.

  • I play this music while playing Batman Arkham Asylum. I play the music from Begins and TDK.

  • I have to say Thank You Britan and Australia for saving the Batman Franchise and give him back his dignity! Jack Nickleson is NOTHING, compared to Heath Ledger!!!

  • well for the australian comunity we accept lol but we did bloody tell you

  • I know! Heath Ledger was the best!

  • An neither are anything compared to Mark Hamil! The ultimate clown prince of crime! (Not to mention he's had the role since 91.)

In all serioueness, Ledger was what was needed for the new story, Nicholson was what was needed for the 89 film. They were the best of their time.

  • I agree with that comment completely. Neither Hamill, Ledger or Nicholson are crap. They're all brilliant. You can't compare them, totally different interpretations of the character.

  • Or Romero for that matter.

  • well....i suppose

  • @Taraka1 i just could have never thought that ledger would pull that off

  • @Taraka1 so true

  • @Taraka1 agreed, it's sad though that ledger died. the world lost a great actor, a great joker and a great sequel

  • @Taraka1 How the hell did a nostalgia turd get 82 likes on a movie vid like this.

  • @yamisupersaiyan

Cause he's right and people agree, get with the program, sad clown!

  • @Taraka1 Hamill has gotten overrated BEYOND BELIEF. That guy made a great voice, but my god do nostalgia freaks like you ride his dick so hard. Hamills great, but I find Ledger better.

  • @Taraka1 Ledger actually scared me with his take. Hamill, the laughing and the crazy voice was cool and interesting to hear but it never did anything for me. I think my dread for Ledgers joker was

  • @yamisupersaiyan

Y'know what they say, opinions are like assholes, and they all stin. With that said, don't be one, since we got enough on youtube as it is.

  • @Taraka1

Sides, I never said I didn't like Ledger, he was great. I think too many people say he's the best simply because he died. But I loved his joker too. I merely like Hamil more.

  • @Taraka1

Then you like someone who used the same exact tone and pitch every time dubbing the character. I too love Hamill, but Heaths performance took A LOT more effort and balls. I'm SURE too many people like Hamill because they grew up with him in the 90s. You specifically wrote hes nothing compared to Hamill? That ticks me off beyond belief. Ledger put his voice, body, soul, movement into the character. Hamill? his voice? um....well no. Hamill is nothing compared to Ledger

  • @Taraka1 But all 3 are so different . . . and I know, nobodies going to compare the same thing . . . but in a situation where all 3 were amazing, all thats left is opinion . . .

  • @TheSouthernPsycho

I think you just said it better than anyone dude. I totally agree with you.

  • @Taraka1 Thank you : )

  • Jack Nicholson is overrated. Joker at his best however in my eyes is Mark Hammil.

  • @admiralamadras

    You're welcome Lots of Love

     Britain x

  • Which song is the one played when Batman calls all the bats into the building and escapes?

  • This melody is a life metaphor itself, poetry in motion.

  • hans zimmer is the modern beethoven

  • Hans Zimmer Is Beethoven and Mozart ^^

  • And Bear McCreary is Zimmer+Chopin.

    lol

    Idk.

Hans Zimmer, Nobuo Uematsu, and Bear McCreary are my three favorite composers of all time. Hitoshi Sakimoto is up there, too.

  • @A7XRules4life Agreed in every respect.

  • the batman franchise reli has lifted off since Nolan began! i admit i have always been a batman fan :P

  • I cant wait to get my hands on Batman Arkham Asylum.

  • AMAZING! its all i can say about it

  • It's an amazing game; I'm not a big batman fan (other than the latest movies) - but the game rocks BIGSTYLE.

  • wiki the title its interesting

  • this song is great, while playing arkham asylum looks great.

  • I love this part of the soundtrack, not to mention this part of the movie. It denotes the humanness of Batman: he crashes noisily in the alley, instead of disappearing silently; he stumbles and people watch him as he struggles to balance himself; and when he shoots his grapple, you can hear the line as it goes up, whereas it is usually virtually unnoticeable. Alone, this scene, accompanied by this piece, makes this film a treasure.

  • @taurusinfatuation also the child flashbacks then him calling for alfred makes him seem like hes almost turned into a scared child

  • @Vassild For sure, nice call

  • british actors using american accents

  • lol. I just realized how true that was. Especially in the Dark Knight

    Christian Bale- Wales

    Heath Ledger- Australia

    Gary Oldman- England

  • Warner Bros is british?

  • No but the director and production team are british.

  • cillian murphey who plays the scarecrow is british =) i'm a big fan of him

batman begins was shot in the united states, i believe

  • actually i'm pretty certain cillian murphey is irish (im a big fan too, have you seen sunshine?) and yes some scenes a i believe were filmed in chicago but i think a few others were filmed in England

  • ive seen sunshine and 28 days later.... and not to mention red eye. =) yup, ive seen all of those. <3 cillian murphey. love his eyes ;)

some filmed in chicago, some filmed in shanghai, china (for the dark knight), the wayne mannor was in england (among many other scenes/ locations), and for Ra's al Ghul's temple, on the Vatnajökull glacier-- that was iceland =)

  • I throught he was good in 28 days later.

  • owen nolan is a brit

  • he's half british half american

  • Some good British actors in it, too, but the film itself is more British/American.

  • ALFRED......ALFRED..POISON..

  • I like the Bat Flap and Scarecrow part. They're epic.

  • Batman Begins and TDK would've still been killer if all there was, was to walk in the theather and listen to the sountrack.

  • Crane: *douses Batman in alcohol* "You look like a man who takes himself too seriously. Want my opinion?" *Throws lighter on him* "Lighten up."

  • "You once said that, when Gothem no longer needed batman that we could be together".

"Bruce, don't make me your only hope for a normal life".

    "Did you mean it"...

    -The Dark Knight.

  • gotham not gothem lol

  • i feel the way as well

  • molto bello

  • does anyone know what the songs called when after bruce talks to rachel he opens the crate to get his mask

  • Iv been lookin for that aswell!! Havnt found it yet though.

  • 3:18

    ALFRED!! ALFRED!!!

  • The "Tadarida" is a biological genus which holds eight species of bat. Quite appropriate for the film :)

This sound is immense. Truly mind blowing genius.

  • where do they get these names :P?

  • The names are all genus for bats.

  • oh, cool! that's fitting

  • greek I've heard. They're parts of the bat I think.

  • they are species of bat...

  • When does this appear in the film? I love it, BTW

  • it begins to play at the part where batman first encounters scarecrow and gets engulfed in flames.

  • Thanks!

  • well at least after 2:15 it does.

  • I grew up as a Batman fan collecting thee comic books & never thought thee Tim Burton Batman movie could be bested by Batman Begins, until i watched it. This movie is now one of my favorites & it thee soundtrack is most excellent! I can watch Batman Begins over & over:) Two Thumbs Up!! ps. i luv this piece of thee soundtrack, very deep & dark..

  • The music's kinda spooky

  • 1:02 to 1:50-The most awesome quiet music in the world.

  • I put the entire batman begins ost on my mp3 one time. I was going to sleep, then the part at 2:25 i heard those demon like noises and woke the shit outta me. Nonetheless, great song.

  • LOL

    I feel sorry for you!!

    Those were scary as!!

the other night I was sitting alone in the dark, listening to TDK soundtrack and the day before I had watched the Exorcist...Well, you could imagine.

    x>

  • lol! i actually sleep to 'why so serious?' so i know how that feels when the music creeps you out!

but i had two joker posters staring at me, and i lifesized cardboard joker cutout staring me down! XD

  • This song to me personaly, is one of the most emotionaly heavy songs ever made. It's so heave that makes you heart stop. The part at 2:53 is just so emotional, simply a masterpiece that makes your breathe stop.

  • anyone know where the music when he throws joker off the cliff? I know its in this first movie too, when liam neeson meets his demise in the train. Its not on TDK unfortunately.

  • i think you're looking for myotis from the batman begins score

  • Actually,it is in TDK.Just somewhat cut-off,in "I'm not a hero".

  • "take a seat, have a drink."

"join my opinion, you need to lightin up !"

  • Brilliant.

  • Yeah, I love that part at 2:30. Scarecrow is awesome. The part at 2:50 is when Batman is on fire from the scarecrow's lighter. Awesome movie(along with TDK). Hans Zimmer and Howard Newton are amazing!

  • 2:50-3:50 favourite ^^

  • I'm guessing by the part at about 2:30 with all the spooky sounds that this is his fight with Scarecrow in the drop point.

  • i love you but not in a gay way

  • Thank you for this.

  • awesome
