I am so frigtened to go into p3, so far i lost 28lbs in 30 days. I feel great but i do not want to gain back an ounce. I went from a size 16 to an 8. God help me, i want to lose another 15-20lbs. I do not want to get off of p2. Joy

Thanks Bennie. Believe me I am just under 200. Yes I am fortunate for not looking it. I have alot of muscle and I told one of my clients (I'm a personal trainer.) a couple of weeks ago. She looked at me in disbelief saying that I must be made of lead. When I was 15 yrs old I was on this insane diet and lost about 40 lbs. I got down to 155 lbs. I had long skinny limbs and just couldn't get lower than that. I didn't even start working out back then.I'm very dense. Dad was a pro football player.

I know! Thanks Jibbie. I got through a whole day of stabilization. I'm at 195.4 this morning. Pretty weird. I am so full from all of the fat that I'm eating. I can feel it sticking to my ribs practically.

Hey girl, The spray is HONESTLY working... I didnt think it would actually, I was a HUGE skeptic but decided to give it a try after seeing the great results others were having with it... And so far so good, I am still in shock., lol.. I stalled today because TOM is still here, but no gains which is great.. Hoping for a loss 2morrow, will keep you posted...
