Hint: very hard to see anything, and the cool glass will condense even dry steam. A better way to assess this would be to shoot steam into the air against a dark background. Mine takes 2 seconds to clear and then it's dry.
Mine does the same thing, with the stock 4 hole tip. Drives me nuts. I can't lower the level tube into the boiler any further than it already is. It's a PITA to get microfoam with it the way it is.
@chipsth1 Yeah it´s a major flaw on, an otherwise, awsome piece of machine! I bought a 1-hole tip as well and tried doing 5 lattes or so. Didn´t do a better job though.

Yeah, had this happen once or twice; just run the hot water tap for a bit until it depressurizes and it will be fine. Not really sure why it happens

Probably a little water-overfill of the steamboiler. If you tap some water and then steam again (after reheating) this usually is goes away

The steam is better now so it was probably a run-in issue!
