  • Excelente demostración del enorme genio que es Lou Reed. I love him. Eso es todo.

  • Best-est movie ever!! Lou is awesome in this. Malcolm McDowell gives a camp-classic performance. Anybody who gives this a thumbs down can go suck Lou Reed's ding-dong.

  • cheers for posting!!!! I love this tune, especially Lou's soloing :o)

  • What a great effing song! I love it!

  • 1 person was hated by their baby sister (and rightly so)

  • Have the soundtrack on Cassette

  • <3 Thank you so much for posting this! <3

  • Ooooooooh. Maravilloso...

  • Great movie!!!

  • GRACIAS!

  • nice 50´s kind of song from lou, i did not even know he had a sister, i wonder how she is doing.

  • This was one of those movies I've been watching spread out on a sofa, very, very late, on some obscure TV station, entirely by accident, ready and preparing to fall asleep, and then sitting staright up and watching the thing avidly and laughing by myself. And Lou Reed in the closing credits was the topper. (Name of song "My Baby Sister".)

  • @sternumagnum -- In the movie credits it's called "My Baby Sister", on "Between Thought & Expression" it's called "Little Sister".

  • @sternumagnum lets face it that movie was really not too good.

  • Saw this movie years ago. Does anyone know who played the old blues guy?

  • @earthmajyk Bill Henderson

  • Respond to this video... Bill Henderson

  • Read in an Encyclopedia of Rock n Roll films that MGM recently found the negative of the film but not the audio (this from an interview with Allan Arkush, the director). The ownership rights to the film also seem murky at best (original owners went for a tax loss with the movie and rights have passed through several companies). Damn shame. Hope they get it sorted and have an extra-laden DVD release. And a proper soundtrack CD for that matter.

  • Ah - so this is where that song came from! I heard it on the Lou Reed boxset and fell in love with it.

  • Lou Reed sang with a group called the Jades in 1957 purely Doo Wop, Love Lou Reed ,long live Brooklyn!

  • You know you've had a great performance when a smokin' joint applauds you. A lost classic R&R film currently available through bit torrent only.

  • It really should be released on dvd, with many extras...GET CRAZY has a very strong cult following all over the planet.

For starters, I've watched it in Brazil, where it was quite popular in the 80s.

  • I have this movie on VHS. It's out of print, but I'm still hoping they release it on DVD. I love this song.
