I'm currently writing a research paper on the defoliant program and this is quite exaggerated. the visual evidence of the birth defects is questionable and some of those 'facts' were incorrect and the particular type of dioxin used in Agent Orange, called TCDD for short, isn't nearly as deadly as that narrator made it seem.

Read something other than cartoons, read EPA and read why Vietnamese science was flawed. Vietnamese stated dioxin remains in the blood, well it doesn't, it remains in fatty tissues.

Agent Orange is not Dioxin. This is a common mistake. TCDD (dioxin) was a byproduct of the manufacture of Agent Orange that was released in tandem with the herbicides Agent Pink, Purple, Orange and Green.
The US didn't knowingly spray the countryside with deadly chemicals as the film makes it out to seem. In fact, upon realizing that what they were doing was creating a huge contamination issue, Operation Ranch Hand was ceased in 1971.

Agent orange is nothing compared with the eventual genocidal numbers of deaths that are going to be caused by depleted uranium 238 rounds. Just research depleted uranium victims. I'm currently writing a research paper on the defoliant program and this is quite exaggerated. the visual evidence of the birth defects is questionable and some of those 'facts' were incorrect and the particular type of dioxin used in Agent Orange, called TCDD for short, isn't nearly as deadly as that narrator made it seem.
I'm not standing up for the US using the chemical, because it has had a lasting effect on Vietnam, but I just thought I'd point out that this isn't exactly a reliable vid

I think the real crime here is their is so much we could do to prevent further injury to these victims but this is the way American $corporations$ operate to pretend they had nothing to do with it and not try to right a wrong because it will expose them to liability.

American veterans have successfully sued for being exposed to this. But when Vietnamese victims filed a lawsuit, it was dismissed.

Yeah, I actually heard about the case and I couldn't help but feel it was so fucked up how they dismissed the case. Future Generations are going to have to suffer for what our government did and in they end they get nothing? It's ridiculous!

You have a very good point.
A small group of superpower, sick minded, power hungry fools have the ability to be able to do something stupid and they do it. Then suddenly it's the entire country's fault.
It's like saying this. imagine One man steals in a neighborhood and then saying everybody in that neighborhood is a criminal. That sounds stupid yet that is what everyone does. We are no exception btw.people point fingers at entire nations when often it's the leaders where the true problem is.

This is not a difficult idea to understand,
Using Agent Orange caused many hundreds of thousands of innocent children to die and become deformed. The US government refuses to accept any responsibility for this.
These childrens' blood is on the US Govt's hands and they refuse to do anything about it.

Well, companies like Haliburton and KBM have made billions from the war, the US does'nt fill barrels of oil up and ship the to the US, it just controls the flow of oil and where its from, oh and besides destroy a country.
