  • @xXUSMCGRIFFXx lol ok, that sounds fair

  • If it is offroading why they use slik tires

  • that looks fun!

  • Beautiful vehicle...but my '98 Cherokee could do the same thing, and it didn't cost $60,000

  • @xXUSMCGRIFFXx maybe, but then again you dont have a $60,000 vehicle :)

  • @south9563 maybe, but then again I don't NEED a $60,000 vehicle :)

  • At 1:20 i wasnt sure if he was gonna make it through that 2 foot deep puddle, with a firm bottom, but he did

  • that's the quietest engine I've never heard

  • Something about those muddy tyres getting washed with natural water makes me feel good.

  • That's not off road. I can do that in my RAVE

  • @TheSanderz stipwu didnt say the biggest 4x4 or the thirtiest, or ugliest, or softest. a RR is actually capable off road not like some bling navigator or escalade

  • selling my 2010 range 21k

  • although they call it a range rover, it isn't really. it's a beefed up sported down range rover look alike on discovery and jaguar foundations

  • Yeah - and how many real owners will do that?! NONE!!!

It's a really great car but quite pointless as probably 90% of all SUV

  • @benzfen not true: watch?v=uJM06a3OHAk

  • my m8 has this, i have a Jeep Commander. we are both to scared to take our cars anywhere, parts cost to much to repair. 4WD'S are becoming far to prissy

  • got this, but in alaska white, with the diamond spoke rims :D

  • you call that offroading, In Australia we call that a driveway

  • @bigcunt1000 in illinois we call that getting the mail lmao especially with street radials you wouldnt make it a foot

  • Really impressive car this. Would absolutely love one, But the only problem I have with them is the majority of people who drive them. Footballers and snobs

  • Man I'd be dead scared of scratching it.

  • @EnigmaNZ1 Buy a Jeep

  • lets see a dodge or a ford do this.

  • @simlover323 my 94 suzuki samurai does

  • @simlover323 dodge ram power wagon could probably do it with trouble, but the ford raptor could do that at 40mph ez

  • @Sherwin930 hahaha you have the redneck off road mind set that combines nascar and 4wd vehicles. Your not supposed to get through fast, just get through speed of execution is a bonus

  • @bikerD15 well for one yes i do have somewhat of a redneck mindset but i understand that when offroading the average speed is 3-5mph, but looking at the course a vehicle built with racing shocks with 35 inch tires(like the raptor), should be able to handle that terrain quite easily. I'm pretty sure if the driver of the range rover had swapped out stock tires for all terrain tires he would of had a much easier time. Range Rover is an amazing SUV, sad that ppl put 30inch rims and ruin it.

  • @Sherwin930 I do agree with you about the 30" rims and such, it is a waist of money, time and a good 4wd. And with the all-terrain tires, It would have helped but the vehicle didn't show any sign of struggle. Land rovers were never designed as off road racers, just exceptional off roaders. It is a popular saying by expert drivers that "You go as slow as possible, and as fast as necessary."

  • @simlover323 Im a Jeeper and this is nothing, i have more obsticles in my driveway

  • @fact0is0fear Maybe so but the range rovers options spank a jeeps any day with out having to customize anything, it's an offroad vehicle but a luxury car at the same time. A Jeep is a chassis with big tires.

  • @fact0is0fear Jeeps are great off road by design but the Range Rover will go across the continent in luxury and comfort, run miles apon miles on the Autobaun at 140 plus mph, turn laps in the rain at the Nurburbring, and then do an African Safari, run the Moab And then blend in at the fine dining country club. And if the owner really wants to do brutal offroading/Rock crawling, they can probably afford to buy and modify a Jeep to handle that one extra task.

  • It's a range rover SPORT. It has 20 inch rims. Doubt it as Low range or locking differentials. This is not a real offroader.

Great performance SUV, but not a proper offroader.

  • @beno7398 actually it has both those things, and it has terrain response settings, you can set it to snow and gravel, mud, sand, and rocks, you can also raise the car up to let it go through a stream

  • @ohiost8freak It also has 20 inch rims and lowish profile road tyres.

Although it might have off roading features, It's main purpose is on road, and 95% of owners would never let it touch the dirt.

  • this is what it was made to do and its awesome and all but how many ppl will drive their new 80 grand dollar truck in this terrain? i know i wish i could but i dont have tat money and even if i did im not sure i would! its just crazy expensive if u just accidently hit something... might cry l0l :)

  • That's what i like to see. Crying shame people use these to get groceries and drive to the office forgetting what they were actually designed to do.

  • This is one thing i love about this vehicle, sure any 4x4 jeep out there could do the same but it wouldn't sound as good and it would definitely not look as good........I'd go rover anyday.

  • its so quiet

  • ok, up until 1:01 thats not off roading. we have gone through worse than that in a 2005 Ford Mustang and a 1994 Plymouth Voyager with the little 4 banger. as for the rest of it my 1994 Ford Exploder could do that.

  • @atkinson6866

    Yeah yeah sure.

  • @atkinson6866 I hate to break this too you.. but your 94 ford Exploder isnt even suppose to be offroad at all.. go read your owners manual.. and also it def COULDN'T do that.. maybe come close but i guaruntee you it wouldn't be able to keep it's feet planted when turning and moving like that. there is a reason these cost about 90,000 and ur explorer was 20,000. it says right in your owners manual that the explorer IS NOT SUPPOSE TO GO OFFROAD. so ha..

  • to capture best off roading tilt you cam

    brutto quanto inutile!

  • I have a Land Rover Discovery 2003. I just went off-roading and hit really deep water/mud/dirt...the works. Does anyone know if you need to service your car after something like that? Like there doesn't seem to be any damage or anything like that but should i bring it to an auto shop to change the fluids or anything?

  • @resolvingissues101 no the drivetrain on these vehicles is sealed from any outside dirt/ debris.. you should be fine just give it a good wash. :)

  • Great clip...better than most of the other people's clips of this car off roading...its just a shame some people who've commented can't appreciate a ver good all-round luxuryy 4x4.

  • such an awesome car!!

  • very well done

  • well

  • no shit range rovers are maent to show in front of people to say you have alot of money compare to a defender or disovery your land cruiser would be imbarrased

  • Will they stop making these vids of these very capable cars going through a shallow puddle or down a slighty muddy hill and show us wat the car will realy do!=D

  • is it on offroad height in this vid?

  • I would love to try this SUV in the desert at 60mph or in a swamp with water up to the windows. I have done that in the old pickup I used to own.

I hope to be able to get a Range Rover Sport early next year :)

  • do u call that off-roading ? some water less than 25cm depth and some small rocks with no mountain and heels .any 4x4 even the crossover small 4x4 can do the same on this kind of area actually, its nothing for a car like landrover , its can do more . thanx

  • hummer H2 couldn't do it!!

  • great video! i really like the landscape. i am not a fan of LR though, my 30yo landcruiser will outdrive it and outlive it.very nice video nonetheless.

  • green campaigners ?most of them are hypocrites.give the car its credit please and put aside the environment shit

  • Thank you. These environmental bastards are something else.

  • yall right

  • An absolutely beautiful vehicle--the fact that you were able to capture the world's greatest 4x4 with some of the best video and audio quality that I've viewed thus far is simply AWEsome!!! This is my dream toy!

  • @stipwu "world's greatest 4x4"??? I dident see the Jeep Wrangler in this video.

  • @stipwu greatest 4x4 ever? Have you ever been to the USA?

  • I think if they wanna convince the public they should do this in an average family 4x4 filming every step, then attempt to do what others couldn't... Cause I'm not convinced only a range is capable of crawling out of a "muddy creek lined with stones".

  • it is impressive considering the luxury and street performance of this vehicle not just this offroading which, still, let's face it, is waaaaaaaaay more than the average person is ever going to take this expensive, but worth it suv

  • How many pretentious business men take these off road?

It's just not for off-roading. And the manufacturer knows that.

  • it works cos it's a range rover, and range rover is british, and in britain we have roads that actually need off roading abilities, ot like the straightness in america..

  • I love that car wow wow..........

  • omg this is so beautiful

  • JUST AWESOME

  • a off road car that actually works off road

  • Best Suv In The world

  • Полностью согласен!!!

  • nice clip and nice SUV

  • I love these cars i'll have this one next

  • Nice car.

  • Nice Forest ...............
