Thank you sooo much for writing this. I can't tell you how many kids run up to my  little nervous (and admittedly very cute) dog without asking, get all up in her face, and end up getting bitten because they scare her. It's so important for kids' and dog safety to respect them by being calm and asking permission!

I LOVE this! Perfect for children and looks really like a fun read. As Executive Director for Reading With Rover I know a good dog book when I see one! This is one good book!
