Errrm...using a VNP to download stuff when you like? Just change your Origin language setting to US. That does the trick. ;-)

@DerKleineDude No. It doesn't. I have all my programs set to English. Origin sees your IP and looks up the time from there. So it knew it wasn't after 23:00 yet. Using a VPN though, I could trick it.
