i learned at a young age, and well all u have to do is practice, u can get tutor lessons/art lessons to help u improve i did =) and well what i do is i look at a pic i wna draw and i draw it...simple really, u just have to get the right struture to it....and dont forget you have to add feeling to it that way it'll come out awesome =)
