Honestly, why would she have to? In the episode before, she learned that he cheated on her with her best friend. She deserves to feel a little betrayed about that. And Nate PROMISED he would stay away from Serena, yet the second she turns her back he's right by Serena's side. As far as I can see, if Nate had actually done the honorable thing and told Blair a) right after sleeping with Serena or b) said there was no way he could feasibly stay away from her, none of this every would have happened.
