  • For some reason when I watch your videos, I feel like you're trying to suck my dick...

  • @WTFworldusuck Yeah, it could be crippling, trying to fight off urges and avoiding sinning, it could drive one batty. I am not saying one should go around doing anything and everything, specially bad things, but you don't have to be obsessed with not committing them, it would be much easier, energy wise, to just put your attention on something creative, constructive, wouldn't it?

  • @WTFworldusuck Got ya, There is a phenomenon, when you resist something too much, you become that something. The best is not to resist it, just pay it no attention, occupy your mind with something else, move away from it, etc. I've been lucky, the closest I've been addicted to anything was WoW, I used to play it every day, up to 17 hours a day on weekends. I also believe that as long as you are well intentioned towards others, you're on the right path, no matter what faith you have, or no faith.

  • I enjoyed the show and you definitely had a good way of speaking your points on the subject.

  • @WTFworldusuck "U are going to wake up.... Dang it I wasn't going to reply any more, lol. But I had such a laugh with this one, I had too.

I don't play the game anymore, lol. I have mentioned that a few times, The only reason I don't play the game is, I like to be very competitive, but I don't have the time to put in to achieve it, as It take a lot of dedication to pawn in WoW PVP. But I miss the BGs and the arena very much. I don't have the time because I am taking care of my responsibilitie

  • @WTFworldusuck Christianity has not harmed me at all, but it never helped me, it kept me spinning with uselss data that is all.

  • @WTFworldusuck

I am not oppressed by Christianity, I don't even give it a second thought. If Christianity has helped you, more power to you, that's great, but it hasn't helped you enough, you're a rude individual., and You make no valid point for Christianity. You mention the ten commandments. they are just simple common sense guide, nothing vital about it. It may only help a criminal Moran, and a big maybe at that. I will not be replying to you again, its useless discussion.

  • @WTFworldusuck You only confirm my convictions, that Christianity, whatever you make of it, a religion or a philosophy, it's still a useless waste of time. I see that it obviously hasn't help you any. I've gotten more out of WoW in the 3 years that i played it then 24 years of Christianity.

  • "YOU LEARN YOUR A B C!"

And yet she never said WHY or WHAT he was missing.

    Typical...

  • @WTFworldusuck Who is going to define it? Its not even being defined by the divinity that supposedly created it. And what does Christianity offer? It may offer only hope. I'll give it that, but It does not offer a spiritual technology , an actual path or methodology. it says faith, but that is only hope and nothing else. Its impractical and that is why even followers don't practise it in life, just in church, ones a week, if even that. And doesn't it condemns those who call others a fool?

  • A thinker outside the box, very brave in deed. But a must if we are to change the direction we have been driven too. We are being driven to an existence of lies, we are being manipulated to agree and act a certain way, or face being ostracised. Its a slavery in itself. But the worst thing about it, is, that we are being controled, not for our good, or the good of all, but for a few that want total power, so that they can do with us as they wish, when they have full reighn. You will be a slave.

  • Very insightful. I liked watching this and enjoyed the way you stated these things. "I must be, but you must show me how to become". Strong words my man! Keep it up!

  • Thanks!

  • at first i was like wtf... im still a lil confused.... but i liked some things... i think

  • @hsmobsessed69

you don't understand poetry, or what? lol..

  • @310BPM oh that was a poem?... well in that case no i guess i dont understand poetry

  • @hsmobsessed69

    yep, it's called slam poetry.

poems don't have to be in rhyming couplets, or anything, lol.

  • @310BPM oh... koo

  • Very beautifully put.

  • I kept my children home so that I could influence them to LOVE to LEARN!! If we would have a "quiz" or "test", it was NO BIG DEAL for them to get something incorrect. I NEVER graded my children's work itself. Instead, they were graded on their EFFORT. Anything that they "missed" or got "incorrect" simply told him/her/us that it was something we wanted to learn more about, learn better, practice. So, we (the children & I) would come up w/new creative ways to learn it!! LOVE your children....

  • Much like Catholic education when I was in school. The nuns would hit you with a yard stick, once the gym teacher paddled the entire class because someone took the keys to the football lockers...never did find out if they misplaced them or they were stolen...still horrible treatment...I don't like religion of any kind.

  • I strongly DISAGREE with you, my child. You are seriously in need of a "AWAKENING", my child! LOL! ;-)

  • WTF! Are you talking about? lol ;-)

  • Did YOU have Benedictine Nuns, too...? o_O

  • Once again I love it! Don't take this the wrong way, but it is a stigmata that we grow up with in the US, about you. When I think of, (Jamaican?), people, I think of religious, voodoo, and weird customs. To hear you talk about these kinds of things, with your accent and conviction, it is awesome. Definitely opens my eyes to the fact that people like me can be anywhere, from any culture.

  • Your describing the relationship between s Human Student and a Human teacher. There is an obvious difference that the Teacher did not Create the Universe in which the Student exists in,also that quote about proverbs doesnt really work in your paternal example"Spank'em as a child so they dont spend eternity in Hell"-well if its a choice between a spanking and Hell...According to this vid-Hitler should go to Heaven=No Karma???-Ironically while I agree society is too controlling were made to BSocial

  • Very well done! I appreciate your ability to express your self so beautifully in light of your past abuse. You are a diamond, your views are refreshing. I wish I could blink and find my self sitting across from you chatting about everything. Love your show, keep them coming.

  • You are alright; love the dialect. ;)

  • My word you have a poetic voice my friend.

As for spare the rod, well what do you expect from a 2000 year old palestinian carpenter? Besides you missed the bits round it where He calls for love as well as discipline.

  • I wish you the best success. In short time, just watch, you'll have rich guys throwing their wallets at you. Keep supporting that rational thought, brother.

  • He he hee, he uses flogged, nice, XD

  • Cah Mey Neow Fo Yah Free Psychic Readin'

  • are you stupid?

  • Also, what the hell?!

  • Don't send me spam.

  • In a word WOW! and boy do I know those beatings/licks/spanks, licks for wrong answers, licks for this and that, lashes were liberally and easily doled out and if I'm not wrong, I think they're still shared out in the Caribbean to this day, if not ya teacher you can sure bet at home! "Spare the rod spoil the child" ain't that how it goes lol ahhhh the conditioning and brainwashing reigns supreme in some places! Ya good - KEEP IT UP!!!!!

  • I don't understand why this was sent to my inbox... Please don't do this anymore xD

  • this was really good, poetic and intelligent.

beating children is nothing more than abuse, it's imposing beliefs thru fear, coercion, and intimidation. interestingly it's church ideology that promotes this type of behavior. of course it is, how do you think the church keeps it's flock in line? by saying it's okay to question church doctrine? ever heard of excommunication and the threat of eternal damnation? ooooh, i'm so scared of fairy tales!

  • This is quickly becoming one of the best channels on YouTube. A real gem.

  • Well said. I'm quite impressed with your wisdom.

  • your way of speaking is poetic. I am subscribing.

  • Your observations well founded, unfortunately, men of faith do not want to know what you and I know. Regards

  • Your observations well founded, unfortunately, men of faith do not want to know what you and I know. Regards

  • I don't know how to say this in the atheist way but.... GOD BLESS YOU. :/ i feel odd that i don't know what else to say! URGH.

  • @atonement19 May the force be with you

  • @StarmanHaxor amen?

  • @atonement19 Watch the DADLANDSHOW video entitled "RELIGION IS A CHILD ABUSER" for a response to your comment.

  • Very well done. To train animals we use positive reinforcement. Human beings work on that same principle, as we are animals as well. Beating, hitting and spanking all come from the same school of thought that use uses threat of violence to change a behavior. While it's efficient in the short term, it creates long term psychological issues. It's what's feeding into into the culture of violence, and it has to be quelled if we want a peaceful world. But I'm wrong. Am i not, Youtube?

  • My first memory was that God created the world in 6 days and the 7th day he rested. I then asked, being the curious child that I was, "How was all this created in 7 days? And if God is so amazing and powerful why do you call God him? God isn't human why do you refer to God as a 'he'?" The teacher sent me to the front of the room and let all the students make fun of me, tell me why I was wrong why I shouldn't question. I just stood there crying, then I was sent in the hall and got detention.

  • @Henababe And up until I graduated highschool I had to pretend I believed in God, I even was forced into a relationship with the pastors son. He was horrible to me, everyone expected me to marry him. I had turned 18 and decided to move away to university, and when he cheated on me and just expected me to get over it I told him, "NO, I what nothing to do with you we are done." He hit me, I got up and ran. It was then I openly turned to Atheism, my life has never been better.

  • Catholics hit my mother because she was left handed. Idiot trash cant understand simple concepts such as genetic traits. I'm left handed myself. If someone threatens to hit me to get me to stop writing with my left hand, I've got a fist for their nose to help teach them something too.

  • Great video, well spoken! Sad to realize that learning is reinforced in such a painful method in some parts of the world.

  • this was excellent!

  • I tend to respond with anger to videos like this -- not toward the poster themselves, but the topic in general. Abuse is something I faced up until the age of 20. Didn't know any better so I let it all continue.. as a result I have a habit of re-writing my comment a good 30 times before finally positng it -- just so I can display a coherent point that isn't full of "I would slaughter the party responsible".

  • Well said! Your rant against group thinking reminds me of the scene from Monty Python's "Life of Brian" where Brian says to the crowd "You are all individuals", the crowd all shout YEAH, and then one guy quietly says "I'm not" ;-)

  • I completely support this guy. He is right. Yeah.

  • And this is what happens when you take away a Jamaican's weed.

Just kidding, so much truth in this video.

  • The majority of Americans don't give a shit about freedom as they profess. They just care about fufiling their personal ego-maniacal desires.

  • All social sanctioned violence is oppressive

  • So ridiculous to beat a child for their "betterment"

  • Another great video. I'm so sorry that that happened to you. Much love.

  • Something that the human being always seeks for is the power, and the "teachers" forget theyr duty to teach because of it, they gain the power over theyr students, and many times they abuse of this power and the students are the ones paying for it. In a certain sense the school is a reproduction of the nowday society, just change the teachers with the politics and the student with the "common" people, but theyr objective is the same, making you as they are trough the use/abuse of theyr power.

  • This is some good thinking! thanks, thanks!

  • Excellent, sir!

  • Your best video yet.

  • watch?v=gJGNjYrGINQ Typed after youtube,

Something you said reminded me of this song.

  • You could practice your script a bit more... But *like*

  • @DADLANDSHOW You are right about religion. Religion is and has been used for the wrong reason. Because of " freedom religious belief", Atheist come about due to confusion. People do not condemn ATHEIST, the BIBLE DOES. PSA 10:4 In his pride the wicked does not seek him; in all his thoughts there is no room for God. 14:1 The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good. PSA 53:1 ROM 1:19 -20

  • HE DISAPPEARED IN THE END. 0.0

  • My sister's teacher used to beat her for being left-handed.

Great clip, as usual. Keep them coming!

  • poetic, yet powerful.

  • Great video (=

  • I was switched more at home than at school. My parents had the "switch bush" outside, and I was made to cut my own switch when I did something wrong. School had another tactic: they just put me in special education from 4th grade on.

If I wasn't an independant reader, I might not have learned anything at all.

  • My mother was a big boned girl that was clumsy and not a pretty girl. She had a lot of problems passing P.E. and the teacher would beat her with a shoe everyday. Once my grandfather saw those marks he pull her out of school and told them that they had beated the christian right out of our family. I remember him showing me those pictures and telling me the story then telling me to be careful to understand fully what I was getting into if I ever decided to join a faith. I am glad to be free

  • @Xatasha6611 Now that is a story. I still think I'm the only atheist in the family and I don't think that's changing any time soon. Still, freedom is nice.

  • I greatly enjoy your show and I believe you could get a much larger subscriber bases if they only see a few of your videos. Maybe you could get one of these other guys with a large subscribers bases to endorse you or you could have a discussion with them. Free-domain radio normally does interviews and debates. Maybe you could find a subject the 2 of you differ in and do a debate.

  • You brighten up my day :) Thank you.

  • Thank for another enlightening video. I learn alot from them. Keep telling the truth.

  • I don't agree with the worldviews of many in my life; if I believe I have nothing to learn from them then I am bankrupting myself.

  • that belt thing is so freaking horrible those should never be used and a decent amount of the chirstain schools dont use it but there are public schools in republicunt areas that do use stuff like that and i was held back from my potentcail my parents kept me back a grade because they are idiots i already knew the work that i was supposed to do in middle school so i didnt do any of it instead googled stuff but my memories of learning go back even before that

  • I am so mesmerized by your idealistic speeches.

It brings me to a better place than where I am now.

  • I really enjoy your videos...thank!

  • 5 minute video - no cuts. Awesome.

How many takes did it take you?

  • Your opposition can generally give you more of an insight if one pays attention.

Why is this so hard for so many? :(

  • I'm sending this out everywhere I can. People need to hear you. A real man is honest because he's not intimidated by the sickness of our societies. You, sir, are a REAL man! What you're doing is healing work and we so badly need it these days. I hope people hear me and subscribe, as well. Best wishes! PS: I still wonder what kind of bicycle you ride ...

  • that was an excellent poem.do you have a collection of them?as for the subject, it made me sad that happened to you.i am happy you know what you do as a result now,but to the little boy who was whipped:tell him i would hug him and have taught him much differently

  • By the way, I have one more question for you today. Do you perhaps watch the AmazingAtheist? Because if you don't, seriously. You just have to. :0

  • @AQWaddict TheThinkingAtheist too and Philhellenes

  • Almost made me cry listening. How ignorant humans have been in the name of religion. But your ending is beautiful. And so are you.

  • @131kimber I am glad u enjoyed it. thanks for ur support

  • @131kimber i love this guy and free thinker or free men always

  • 4 strength, 4 stam, leather belt

I'm sorry, but you reminded me and well, this is the internet. I think there is a problem with any teacher that beats their children during lessons if they fail.

  • @AQWaddict I agree. thanks for sharing.

  • @DADLANDSHOW you have very chapped lips

    they crack over your speech

  • @AQWaddict Hey Dalaron, My mom got me this new game.
