but it's an amazing book.
but, it's really really difficult to read. most people don't read it until college.
but you really should read it.
and when you read it, you don't have to understand it, just read it first, really slowly, because even though it's thin, there's so much meaning in each word that if you want to understand fully it'll take you forever.
(Shh . . . while listening to this pretty young puritan woman, I'm going to let you in on a secret. In college, students are encouraged by their professors to isolate the weaknesses of writers -- even the great ones! Yet, the universities have become so pretentious that it isn't possible to ask the question, "Professor, in your opinion, how does Tony Morrison suck as a writer?" See, it isn't possible to question Tony Morrison as a writer without appeaing racist!
It was a very moving story.. I just finished it and I'm simply blown away.. Great review, although I wish you would go more in-depth within the story, and discuss other events that took place in the story.
