(Of course, some of us would fail most drunk tests whilst stone-cold sober, or even possibly downright knurd)

Counting by 5s is easy. Going by 7s, generally less so.

The comics from the mid-forties through to the end of the 60s were trite, one-dimensional affairs wrought with shallow plots and deus ex machina. This show cleverly lampooned all of those elements, while embracing the culture of the times. In a lot of ways, this show forced Batman comics to be a lot better than they were.
