My house used to be haunted, too. I saw shadows and mists roaming the halls, the odd smell of oranges, a door slamming open, footsteps on the stairs and the occasional glowing orb or figure. the figure could've been a metron, though.(Star trek joke!) I even saw a distortion of my face in a mirror. It was getting so out of hand that my mother and I decided to get rid of the spirits. what we did was go to each of the rooms and commanded them to leave. Afterwards, the house felt much lighter.
