i figured it out after the comment. I think making the vehicle so heavy and not having enough fuel made it kind of impossible for it to move. So I did eventually get one of my vehicles to move. Yet it's still not as good as the game's vehicles.

yes and no. they are going to make a Co-op eventually, but right now it's only multiplayer battle/team objective.

its not that it didnt work its just that u had the fuel under the vehicle and the fuel tank is bigger than the extent of the wheels, just move the fuel tank and whatever else u have under it up. BTW great game was not liking it too much at the beginning but after getting used to it i realized its awesome. also gonna get n64 version on arcade, and eventually when tooie comes out will also have to buy

I actually didn't mean to build a vehicle, it just happened. So my planning wasn't good, well it didn't exist.

So this is how it goes without any blueprint to work from, not even an idea. That's why it's not a pretty or funtional vehicle. I may try to build a better well-thought vehicle next time.
