@KhratosHD You have to be within 10% of the host's level and then add 10 levels in either direction, so you can't play with him.

@ZeroTheRaptar you can only fight/invade other players either within 10 levels below or above you. or at the same level. however if you commit the sin of murder or pay to have a player murdered you are entered into the book of the guilty and it becomes harder to restore your name or humanity

@KhratosHD you can only play co-op if the player who is to join you is the same level or is 10 levels above or below you. your problem is that there is a 20lvl difference between you.

I have question: Does defeating an enemy in coop divide the souls you earn by how many is in your party? As In you only recieve, say, 1/3rd of the exp/souls than usual when with 2 more people compared to killing it alone?

@crypto66 No, whenever you defeat an enemy in co-op you each receive the same amount of souls for the kill. This is to ensure the higher level characters cannot farm in a lower level characters world. and since souls cannot be traded amongst players. 1 player cannot reap the benifits of having 3 partners do the work for him.

@aBrokenFate Its still the same as the last, you can place your message to be summoned or summon people from theirs but they must be 10 levels below or above you. or the same level. and no chat is allowed either. if you try to party chat it boots you back to the main menu.

how does summoning work in this? need any requirements to summon or to be summoned?

@VGcomedy You place your summon sign on the ground, any player who can see it is either 10 levels above or below you. you can then assist them until you die. but if you die you lose no souls and return to your world at a bonfire. if you succeed in defeating the boss for that level you are rewarded with humanity and souls in your game.

@TheDarkHavok there is a new summoning system. when you die you lose your "humanity" and become a "hallowed"(undead) soul, and gain the ability to invade other players worlds to slay them or summoned to assist them. either can earn you back your humanity. humanity is now treated as a currency and actual physical item in the world that can be picked up collected and stored. When at a bonfire you can kindle humanity to return from being undead to alive again. but lose the ability to be summoned.
