Yeah i know what you mean INTERNET EXPLORER 8 Went down automatically just yesterday & can't even get it to reload at all ! & Can't run I E 9 cause i only run WINDOWS XP on Desktop ! & I E 9 i can't Use VISTA Or BETA which makes mess up on my side & the computer company's need to pull the plug on all subjects on all things on all ITEMS about BETA & VISTA & Just Windows XP !

After I had to reformat my computer, I switched to Chrome. My friend swore up and down that it was better then Firefox. He says its faster, convenient, and better over all. (After he set it up the way he has it) and...okay I admit its a tad better. Cool part was I didn't HAVE to install extra junk to make youtube and other stuff run.

You can also type in the URL area and hit "enter" and guess what? You'll end up on Google's page with your search results. One click as well.

You ask, "what do people want in a web browser", answer: they want what THEY want. Some want clean, some want more add-ons, etc, etc.

You need to stop your lovefest, with Google and Mac.

Learn Linux, then you'll learn how to explain things better and how things work.

You sound like a teen in love Mac's aesthetics (ie - you think Safari is "tight") when in fact, a LOT of Mac fanbois hate it and agree it sucks. Poor kid, spent thousands on Mac when he could have got Linux for free which is based on the same UNIX kernel. M$-Mac, scam artists and you just paid a premium for Linux

Right on brent.....You gave an honest answer and i think you have plenty of supporters in agreement.Im prejudiced as you in favor of the Google products.Once i get used to using a product i tend to favor it becasue of my familiarity with it (IFin fact it is a well planned out product).In the case of Google,it "IS" a very easy to use engine.A very well thought out program.Quite possibly invented by someone with an excrutiating amount of common sense and intellect combined.

i've been a PC guy for at least 10 years and i've made the switch to a mac about 2 months ago and it's TOTALY WORTH THE MONEY. Microsoft is so fucking selfish when it comes to programs like I just want to see E9 and Zune but no PC only and when you buy an Apple computer you can log into Mac or PC and apple allows this.

For the history part, when you want to select multiple objects that are in a row...click the first box of the particular section, then hold the "SHIFT" key, then click the last box of the section you would like to manage, then everything between the two boxes should be highlighted.  This generally works with other applications/software when selecting multiple items

u can delete chunks 4 those of u that dont know.

click the top box and hold shift then go down as far as you want and click that box then all the ones in between are selected. Yaa

the only bad thing that i don't like is how buggy it is sometimes i click on amazon and it links me to apple store or somewhere

i just clear all history and its fixed

Well, if you hold down shift (at least on a PC? idk about Mac) within history you can select chunks at a time. Just click for instance the top last visited site on the list, hold shift down and then click 10 boxes down, they will all be selected.
