The vast majority of women do not want equality.
Women are generally not interested in being eligible for the draft. They don't want any part of hazardous civilian jobs either, evidenced by the fact that 95% of workplace fatalities are men. Still clinging to the special perks of chivalry but none of the obligations most woman want to be perched on pedestals of privilege at the expense of men.
Don't let their manipulation fool you. Most women want the privileges and none of the sacrifices.

Women would not be drafted if the ERA was ratified. Congress already has the power to draft women, and no where in the proposed Amendment does it give or consent to women being drafted.
This video does not acurately access the Amendment and neither does your statement. Read it. Read the opposing views and the ERA supporting views. Learn something.

Yeah, what WOULD happen?!?! Women kick serious ass, just like the men. Everyone's got a job to do. Women must be paid, get promoted, get medals, straight across the board; exactly the same as any man who's accomplishments are equal. Stand up for our women hard core. We stand up strong for our men. What's the REAL DEAL, people. Help me out. I have a 12, soon to be 13 year old daughter. She's been studying hard. So far, she believes: "it's a total bullshit rip-off." She's pretty smart.

If the ERA was passed would women be drafted into the military(if it was brought back) and have to fight on the front lines just like the men? Also would the ERA eliminate single gender schools and sports teams? What would happen to Wesleyan and Spellman colleges under the ERA?
