LOL, I made one 1 hour ago and tested it on a pair of scissors.. They actually got welded together and took some force to pull it apart.. That is pretty god damn powerfull for a 1,5 volt battery

The current is too high.The capacitor stores enough energy to stop

your heart.If you were careful to apply the voltage to only one finger

that might be alright.But from hand to hand is dangerous.And anywhere
