My Grandparents on my Dad's side had a farm on the southern outskirts of Mt. Vernon, Illinois where My twin brother & I spent our summers when school was out. We use to watch the 3 Stooges on this chanel , Ch 11, KPLR out of St. Louis,MO every Saturday for almost all day it seemed. Well, It was actually Cartoons for about 3 hours[6-9AM], then the Stooges for 2 or 3 hours[9-12] , then in the afternoon it was watching the Westerns with our Granddad! KPLR 11 was a Great Station fro kids to watch.
