Sr. Vicki, Your easy pasta looked better than what The Wife and I eat most Fridays in Lent. We'll have to keep it in mind for next year. I believe your Benedictine tradition suggests there should be no feast without a fast and no one should fast on a feast day. Now I'm only "in-training" and I have 3+ years of study left but if I'm right, you should prepare a feast next. I'd suggest something with lamb to stay in keeping with that Paschal theme of Easter.
