I use winamp but anything similar to that will work. You will need to install the codec. it looks like those use Xvid. it's free. do a search then download and install it. Divx is another good one to have.

first you need a bitTorrent client (again google it) then go to the website and type "popular" in the search box. when the results come up there will be a drop down box labeled "filter by category" at the top just below the banner. select "tv" from the drop down menu. you will then see season 1 and 2 in the results. when you click on the title it will expand and you can then select "download .torrent". You can also rent them from blockbuster online or netflix.
