  • nice aquarium!!

  • AMAZING Tank! iv never seen so much varities of fish in that size of tank and with well care!

  • How does your Gold Algae Eater do with the rest of your fish? I have two in my tank. The largest one (4-5 inches long currently) bullies the smaller one (2-3 inches long currently).

  • @12512cool I have 3 in the tank, 2 are large and 1 never grew bigger than 2 inches. Must be 2 of one sex and 1 of the other I guess? They get along OK, the bigger 2 do chase the smaller one sometimes and the red tailed black shark chases everybody lol

  • @myjugsarehuge Their growth must be stunted then. They SHOULD get around 11 inches each. No matter the gender.

  • @12512cool Well they are healthy happy fish so who cares? Fish grow within the confines of the size of the tank, my plec is 10 inches long and stopped growing ages ago yet I've seen plecs over 18 inches long.

  • @myjugsarehuge Fish should NOT be FORCED to grow to the confines of the tank. That's called STUNTING. It's wear the fish is FORCED to stop growing on the outside, but it's organs and such on the inside continue to grow. Therefor, slowly killing the fish.

  • @12512cool will you ever just fuck off and stop with the lecture. I have 3ft tank and my fish are all happy, have been for years. They have plenty of room to swim as you can see in the video. If you have the room for a 10ft tank good for you.

  • @12512cool if his fish is happy thats what matters

  • @myjugsarehuge hi im moving in about a week and i have an 7 inch pleco which as never been in a net and i want to know how to properly catch him and what should i put him in during the process of setting up the tank, i have no other smaller tanks so what should i do?

  • @fitbikerider459 I've never had to move fish like that but Plecs are pretty hardy and can survive days/weeks in tanks with no heat/oxygen. I suggest you take out a bucket of tank water the day you move, catch him and put him in the bucket. When you arrive at your destination set up your new tank with "cycle" liquid to get the filter bacteria going asap and add him after 2-3 days. You can always run a simple airstone in the bucket if you are worried he needs oxygen.

  • Guppies are the best...I have always had some since I was a child...could watch them for hours! *****

  • @tps607 Mine just keep reproducing !! Luckily the local pet shop swap me a pack or 2 of fish food for baby guppies. I have another 40 ready to go soon.

  • @myjugsarehuge yes....they are the rabbits of the aquarium...lol

  • that loach with red tail is beautiful

  • That looks wonderful

  • @Paulmanorbier Thanks Paul, it looks better without the snails I must admit, I sold the last few on Ebay a while back

  • Tank looks fab as always..very lively. Stick to your guns on just 1 tank J lol. I now have five, I started with 1 marine tank, I needed a quarantine tank for new fish which I ended up putting Mollies in because they keep having babies.I have been unsuccessfully trying to breed clown fish which is another tank and clown fish fry only eat live phytoplankton which requires another tank. You can imagine my dismay when my daughter said she wanted her own tank...the place is like an aquarium.

  • well I just have one tiny new tank for the baby guppies, you'd hardly notice it was there lol

  • Lol don't say you were not warned... I just got a small quarantine tank too and that was it as far as I was concerned.

  • Hi, myjugs. beautiful video, nice and restful, like all goldfish collections.

Its probably just me, but if you look closely at 0.35, it looks like that big black guy in the bottom of the tank ran away with one of those little golden fellas in his mouth!

  • It does look a bit like that doesn't it - don't worry they are all accounted for, he only eats algae !

  • Mine got over a foot, I ended up giving him to a man with massive aquarium. The worst was, he stopped being vegetarian. I wonder if there are different varieties.

  • believe me, the plec wil get a lot bigger.

  • Are you sure? I've had it 5 years nearly, well it will have to make do I can't afford a bigger tank !!
