I don't think the bloke wanted to take Stuart's place. This was just a gig between old friends. Nothing wrong with that.
Stuart will always be missed.

Awful version of a fantastic song. This proves once and for all that Mike Peters should not "join" Big Country. I am fed up with shit like this being accepted because it is "dedicated to Stuart". If you want to honour the great man - leave his fucking music alone so us purists who loved him can remember BC as they were. MP voice is weak, hollow and tuneless. An insult. Big Country died with Stuart - end of discussion.
