Your research should have included how MC turned over ALL his documents and it was decided BY the SENATE (who vetted him) that he IS a natural born citizen, since his parents were BOTH US citizens and he was born on a military base that was UNDER US control. NOVEMBER 7th...Supreme Court Justice David Souter ruled that Barrack Obama must show proof of U.S. citizenship by or on December 1. If he fails to comply, the Supreme Court will have no choice but to act on behalf of the Constitutional clause. The jig's up.

If you read Berg's news release, it states that the defendants have until Dec 1st to respond. Such was the case in both previous suits. Remember that Berg is asking the Supreme Court, to review the previous cases. Legally, the defendants don't have to respond at all. The Supreme Court receives about 8,000appeals a year, and only hears about 100 of them. The statement that Obama must now offer proof, is only the wishful thinking, of interested parties.

After looking into this I doubt this is false. API would risk being sued by the incredibly wealthy and powerful Obama campaign - not a risk they would take. Yes, it appears that Surrick's decision was faxed to him, by Obama's lawyers in Chicago. He simply signed it, and then faxed it to Berg. I am beginning to believe that Berg has just been running interference for Obama. Lawsuit brought by a life long Democrat, heard by a Judge appointed by Clinton, and then he appeals to a liberal Justice at the Supreme Court, who will then refuse to hear the case.

This Act made John McCain a US citizen when he was 11 months old. McCain is not a natural born citizen.

After doing a little more research, I've found that McCain is not a natural born citizen either. If the Supreme Court, does not act, and over turn this election, we will have an upsurper for a President, which is totally against our Constitution, and could well cause us to loose our national sovereignty. Neither candidate was qualified, and it appears that our US Senate was well aware of this when they passed S Res 511 in April. Now we know why McCain never attacked Obama's citizenship.

Your research should have included how MC turned over ALL his documents and it was decided BY the SENATE (who vetted him) that he IS a natural born citizen, since his parents were BOTH US citizens and he was born on a military base that was UNDER US control. During that time frame, it was considered a US territory.

I used to think McCain was a natural born citizen, and that the resolution was not needed, however, after reading the Naturalization Law of 1795, it is clear that, if you are not born of 2 US citizens within the US, you are only a citizen. Neither McCain or Obama are qualified to be President.

McCain was born of two American citizen parents which makes him an American citizen. My son was born in Berlin, Germany while my husband and I were stationed there and he has a certificate of an American Citizen born abroad. Obama's mother was a citizen but was only 18 which means that she did not have the years lived on American soil after age 18 to qualify her son to be a citizen. The fact that "O" traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport means that he was not an American citizen.

You are comparing apples to oranges. Immigration laws have changed over the years. I'm going to guess your son was born in the 1980's. John McCain was born in 1936. Even the law that required Obama's mother to be at least 19 has changed now too. You cannot use your son's birth for an example. His birth has nothing to do with Obama or McCain.

McCain was born on a US Military base. Any US Military base, no matter where it is in the world, is considered by US Immigration Law to be American soil, as as such, any child born on a US Military base whose parents are US Citizens is considered a "Natural Born" citizen of the US.
John McCain produced his valid "vault" (US Official) copy of his birth certificate which clearly showed he is a "natural born" US citizen and not a "naturalized" citizen.

What you say about John McCain's Birth Certificate is a total lie. I have a photocopy. It does not say that he is a citizen, let alone state that he is a natural born citizen. He was born in Colon, Panama, and his BC was issued by the Panama Canal Commision, NOT the US Government. It is printed in both English and Spanish. Certificate number 170027

McCain's citizenship was challenged in California court & Judge Alsup presided.
McCains parents were both citizens when McCain was born Aug. 29, 1936, in the Panama Canal Zone, a U.S. territory where his father was stationed with the U.S. Navy.
Judge Alsup said Congress passed a law the following year specifically to "remove any doubt as to persons in Sen. McCains circumstances in the Canal Zone," thus "retroactively rendering Sen. McCain a natural born citizen, if he was not one already."

Congress did not pass a law, the Senate passed a resolution,S Res 511, which was based on the Naturalization Act of March 1790, which stated "the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens". That law was repealed and replaced in 1795. The new law dropped the Natural Born phrase.

Reguardless of what the Judge stated, the case was dismissed, not because john McCain is or is not a NB citizen, but do to legal standing. Natural Born Citizenship is aquired at the moment of birth. It cannot be given to you by a Senate Resolution or a retroactive law. Either you are a natural born citizen or you are not. Nothing can change that. McCain was not declared a US citizen until he was 11 months old.

If you read Berg's news release, it states that the defendants have until Dec 1st to respond. Such was the case in both previous suits. Remember that Berg is asking the Supreme Court, to review the previous cases. Legally, the defendants don't have to respond at all. The Supreme Court receives about 8,000appeals a year, and only hears about 100 of them. The statement that Obama must now offer proof, is only the wishful thinking, of interested parties.

Even if we loose them all, the fact remains that Obama flatly refuses to produce his birth records in a Court, where they can be examined by experts. Instead, he has just posted "images" of a Certification of Live Birth on websites. This is NOT a Birth Certificate, which would say what hospital he was born at, who the doctor was, etc. Why? Interestingly, the Africn Press International is going to release the taped conversation upon getting clearance from their legal team. The only hold up thus far, has been API's concern that they be sued for taping the conversation without Michelle's prior consent. Additionally, they are said to be giving her opportunity to retract her denial of those statements before they prove she did actually converse with them on the level they allege. I, for one, am on the edge of my seat.
