Very nice video showing very common fish. Sand bass, sargo, black sea bass, calico bass .... kooks like point loma. Why was coast keeper against protecting point Loma from fishermen during the MLPA proces?

Amazing...... too bad there's no fish in southern California............ it just takes good divers to find them.
