ESS all the way as they use the TS. TS up to 16PSI is even with the turbo in terms of efficiency and power or even better since TS builds pressure right from 1.1K RPM...but for this car 8.5PSI is plenty.

@euro944t Yes, ESS have the TS. They also have the CS (Centrifugal) that is much cheaper than TS but of course you have large lag. I think you need to rev over 3K RPM to get full boost. TS also generates more TQ at early RPMs where I feel right at 1.5KRPM. I run the TS on my 330Ci for 3 years now and haven't had any engine issues...beside clutch and brake pads wearing sooner due to extra fun lol
