Sound seems to be the biggest problem, for some reason my mic works great on every computer except my own, there's another computer in our house, but it's so slow it's hardly worth trying. We actually have a good editor now (THS) so hopefully he can smooth some things out and piece things together better than I could. I'll try and experiment with different openings too. As for the Oliver not yelling part, it's a bit hard for me to go anywhere with his voice since it's not like my own voice.
Issue 3: I think that the opening was too long and static. I think it should have been something a bit more interesting (within reasonable capabilities of course).
and when Oliver was supposed to yell he didn't really yell... Before Mark said "we need to use our inside voices"
Overall, a pretty good first ep. Things to work on but, starting out is always the hardest part. Looking forward to more of this :)
Most of the voices weren't clear. I thought my voice sounded the most clear for some reason (bias?). I didn't really understand why Oliver and Ralph's shields broke though. That kinda confused me.
Issue 1 to fix: Volume. Make sure that all the voices can be heard clearly when they speak.
Issue 2: Make scenes clearer to what you're trying to do. I was confused at times as to what was going on or what you were trying to show.
well the audio levels conflicted a lot, so I had to turn up/down the volume often, other than that I thought it was very funny at some points, camera work was good as well.
2. Yup, purposefully, I thought it seemed somewhat cinematic
3. Also purposefully, I thought it would be funny. I'm not that careless, don't worry. I just did some random costume changes, why? Because I could! I enjoy random things, so why not costume changes?
1st better picture quality doing this will make your video more profesional and get more views
2nd you might have done this on purpose but during 1:20 to 1:36 the music was playing but you can't see the TV. was that an accident or was that to show the show was stil on?
3rd Why do Olivers costume color keep changing is that to show his mood or were you not paying attention
