  • You should get some proper workout songs

  • how do you feel about pushing your feet on the grass? :D

  • why elbow sleeves.

  • @6reevesy9 why not mate? keep tendinitus at bay and joints warm.

  • @6reevesy9 what stupid question. congratulations!

  • strong mate

  • Pause @ 14 seconds and you can see a cown jumping over the bench press!

Looking lean and mean, Grant! Your triceps look meaty!

  • @jlinteris haha thanks bro, no cows at the moment i ended up eating them for protein, when we going to see some new vids from you man seems like ages!?

  • @franco18grant No vid for a while. My hip is still not allowing me to lift heavy. Ha it is always when I am doing really good that something goes terrible!

  • It's summer. Time to take off the tank and flex...

  • good work bro, i'd take more than a few weeks off or at least with light weight...that pain could turn for the ugly real quick w/a tear

  • @Kazmaier thanks kaz

  • nice work grant arms are looking cut, looks like your trying to learn the arch setup

  • @WeightLifterNerd yep im certainly leaning up im 221 in the morning, i watched a video called westside bench press where the guy explains how to lesson the ROM, thats basically what im trying to do, i fail majorly at the arch im VERY unflexible all over, plus its nearly impossible to maintain an arch it you havent got a spotter to lift the bar off for you. i think once i perfect the technique my bench will improve nicely i really want 440 raw.

  • it took me a while to get a good arch as well, something that helps build flexibility is bench over a pipe or a rolled up matt.

  • brutal arms! lol good job!

  • @tlast2O12dude thanks im doing shed loads of cardio at the moment so getting leaner and looking a little bigger all over as a result :)

  • Be careful Grant, that's the area where most pec tears happen.I've had problems with the same area myself.

  • @HHH396 yep im hearing you there mark, its happened about 3 times now on the same side and same place its a little worrying im considering changing my training methods for the last 2 years ive gone to failure every week and 80 percent of the time with low reps im thinking maybe more speed work and low weight higer volume stuff. my bench doesnt really need to be much higher anyway by BPC comp standerd its really high for a raw bench in the 220 class. its my squat and dead that needs all the work!
