It's "King of the Road" by "The King", you can find it on iTunes... at least the German iTunes.

The name of the impersonator /or the band or whatever/ is "The King" , or Jimmy the King. His real name is James Brown (yes, this is actually true!), he is from Ireland as far as I know.
Do a search on "Gravelands" or "Return To Splendor".
