@Juicefani11 Sure can. I run my A100 and DX7II through a pair of Peavey KB100's. Adds the extra reverb. Sounds great.

The bend effect is programmed into several patches. And then there's the pitch-bend wheel located on the left side you can use manually, but it's not as handy or effective on the guitar sounds as using key touch pressure.

That was done through 'pitch bend.' Several instruments on the DX7 are 'bendable' by just applying some added pressure to the key.
