The music was written by the Romanian composer Ciprian Porumbescu (1853-1883), also the author of Romanian " Ballad ". The music of this anthem comes from the Romanian patriotic song " Pe al nostru steag este scris unire "( On our flag is written union ). In coclusion, it's a Romanian patriotic song, Only the lyrics are written by an Albanian.
