Not exactly healthy with all that cream. I always found Chinese/Eastern cooking to be superior to that of French because Chinese/Eastern food tends to be healthier and the sheer variety of foods they have is mind blowing!!!

@kumarpassion Until it's in your mouth, you can't possibly know that. It looks the way it does because it's coated in cream sauce and densely packed together for that fine dining presentation. Ask yourself, what's more likely, that a two Michelin star chef cooked something 'awful' and 'soggy'? Or, that you - a random pleb on the internet, have grossly misperceived the dish? I imagine you would decide the former possibility, but anyone with a shred of intelligence would decide on the latter

@alexplayspiano1 Well, I know other 'Three' Michelin starred Chefs who did the same dish better. Even Michel Roux Jnr is a M.S Chef, that does not mean he is always right. If you think so, then you are D**B and you know nothing abut cooking, probably just eating, shitting and watching youtube vids...

I think he's great though. Le Gavroche at lunch time is the best value lunch in London. Great food for not much money at all. Dinner service is of course pricey, but the lunch is brilliant value.
