No matter how bad this car is with regards to build quality and a catastrophic chassis design, driving through a tunnel with the window down and listening to that noise is worth every penny. Toss up between that and a Koenigsegg for best noise out of a car.

The ZR1 has soo much power going through the rear wheels it had issues getting traction lol. Great noise and great fun I imagine; not the most sophisticated car but that's part of the charisma of a corvette.

is the 638 BHP on the brochure not measured at the fly wheel and the dyno measurement taken at the wheels? so is it not feasible that the ZR1 might produce 505 horses at the wheels due to power losses through the drive train?
