fixed bridges dont go out of tune as easily as tremolo bridges but tremolos are fun to play with when you're bored and dont detune THAT much

i need answers. please. I have a silvertone strat copy. I think it is a silvertone citation. i was wondering if the tremolo arm is supposed to be a floating arm? and if so, how do i adjust the springs? please answer i need help.

to adjust the strings you have to take of the back cover of the guitar. The tremolo should be floating and to make the springs tighter you have to tighten the two screws that attach the springs to the body. I will make a video of it if you need me to let me no.
