Actually Divyanka Tripathi (the host) is exactly like this in many of her other interviews as well. She is not being fake here at all. She is naturally bubbly, smiley (though a bit hyper at times) and speaks in the same way in her TV show (Banoo main teri dulhann) and in many of her interviews.
