that was weird dude, and there was no hole, there wasn't enough time because if you look at the tail lights there not at an angle like they turned they were straight, and the fence wasn't moving it was the car bouncing up and down from driving on grass.

The way the guy manuevers on the road is freaky too... it gets in too perfectly in straight line, too easly if you ask me after making that kind of mess on the road (even the speed it has is too great for going toe to toe with a patrol).

lol, this is so stupid, i remember when my friends and i were 16 and use to do these stupid tricks on the police. there is no such thing as a ghost car. the trick is to have 2 cars of the same kind and colour, as well as drive at night in the fog. the whole idea is to have the other person on the other side of the fence with the lights open, and when the person getting chased reaches the fence, he turns of his lights :)

Actually Jags, the fence isn't moving. That's the cops car moving up and down because of the force of the stop. The camera just makes it appear as if it's moving.
Hard to say since shaking might be caused by poor video. Also, that fence wasn't made of rubber. In otherwords, car's inertia should have left evidence of fence sag effect due to metal fatigue, plus dust.
A possibility could be that the car cops were chasing was a reflection. In otherwords, when car did a U- turn, cops were fooled and chased it's reflection. Notice how fast it was going after fence, much the same way you walk away from a reflection of yourself, you would walk twice as fast.

On the very left side u can see from the tail light of the Alleged "Supernatural car" since the dumb cop took too long to steer left.
At that point (23:37:57) the "ghost car" has already broked through the fence ladies and gentlemen.
