Well, first off, if you wanna play cps1/2/3 and neogeo games online, just stick to 2dfighter d o t c o m. It's the newest, free, best client for emulated games online. It requires no emulator, just the roms to play. And yes, CPS3 has had online play since 2006 when it got emulated on mame32++ but that emu is garbage when compared to NeoFinal Burn Alpha.
