@Numba1ZombieSlaya His programs used are Cinema 4D for the 3D objectts, and Adobe Photoshop for all other effects. Look up tutorials on youtube and they will show you how to download them for free. And its called a speed art because it is "Sped up" while you see the progress of what it started as and what it finished as. Hope i helped!!
