Great! What vegge plan? Im doing a mix of mcdougall and graham. I'm loving it b/c I still get to eat some cooked vegan goodies ;). I know 100% raw is best but I'm finding I can stay on track by mixing the two since these both follow the same low fat high carb vegan principles.
That's right get back on that horse! What kind of plan are u doing? May I recommend low fat high carb. I committed 2 weeks ago and lost 10 lbs!!! I might of being water weight but hey it's 10 lbs ;) whatever u do I support thou ;)
the most motivational part of this video is your decision to get right back on track!!! I think that's one of the biggest successes u can have on a weight loss journey!
Carbs are tricky. I'm still experimenting with the slow-digesting ones right now to determine the correct ratio for weight loss for my body. So far, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, and black beans (in moderation--of course) have been great for me.
Yaaaaaaaay on the weight loss!!! A loss is a loss. You're moving in the right direction. And that's wonderful!
