The song is called 'Linin' Track.' Although 'Linin' Track' was a staple in Fred's repertoire, Fred was not singing on this track...but David Crosby and Bob Ingram, both of whom where influenced heavily by Fred, were. From what I can gather, the line up of the Balladeers at that time (1963) were David Crosby (guitar, vocals), Ethan Crosby (bass guitar, vocals), Bob Ingram (guitar, vocals), Mike Clough (vocals). Bob Ingram and another Balladeer are taking turns doing impressions of Fred on the Jack Linkletter Presents a Hootenanny album. Ingram and Crosby frequently sang together in Miami back in the early Sixties.

Are you sure that Fred is performing here? I hear neither his voice nor his guitar style at any point in this recording.
