@sourimasaha they hide it with makeup.. there is special foundation that is used to cover up... in the beginning of Dill Mill Gayye, even Karan had covered it up.. if u see the basket ball match where even shashank plays.. u cannot see his tattoo.. so ya the answer to ur question is special make up.
