@Gamerswell do u kniw how to get to ur .minecraft file. If you don't, go to run and type %appdata% Then open the file and drag the saves file to ur desktop. after that, delete ur .minecraft, and try again. If it works, drag ur saves file back in.

I guess it was because without the launcher you enter as "Player", and it probably couldnt give both players with the same name be at the same server at the same time.

The launcher fixes it by making the name you enter as the name in-game, that's how it worked, thanks anyway!
