That trick with the Tim Tams sounds like the equivalent to Oreos™. I don't know if you have Oreos in Austraila, but if you happen to buy a box of them, which might be expensive, there's a trick for those as well. Oreos are sandwich-like cookies with vanilla in the middle and top with golden chocolate cookie pieces. What you do is take one of the tops off, lick the vanilla, and dunk the cookie into a glass of milk and eat it. Kinda like the same thing for other cookies as well.

in the US we have twizzlers which are just strips of red cherry licorice. anyway, we do the same thing where we bite off each end and stick them in a bottle of Coca Cola to make cherry coke. its delicious XD
