@jbille68 Well apparently you do not get it. This show is teaching kids things. If you just watched this one clip then you would not know if it taught anything. So maybe you need to shut your mouth long enough to watch the full show, before you get on here and make a full of your self. DA
this girl p-star is a hard workin lil girl i just watched a documentary on her on netflix called "p-star rising" really good shows her in her struggle to become a rapper from 9-13 then she started the electric company she nice with the lyrics she does this kid stuff for money but she hood and a hustler...i think this the most i ever wrote on a youtube video
@Fauxkai Why is that? The difference between this and mainstream rap is that it's actually about something. Yes, the Electric Company uses mainstream themes to appeal to kids. It's not only entertaining but the kids actually learn and remember things. You should try being open minded and see the positivity in this show.

Siiiick, awesome, great beat.....but you know what.
I call this CRAP.
Is this supposed to TEACH kids something, or be a show of songs that people like to dance and listen to ?
Seriously, if you want to make edgy jams, make an album. But don't do it under the guise of an educational show, because I don't see it.
It should be embarrassing to PBS to call this show the same name as the classic Electric Company.
This is nothing but 'junk food' education.
