No, it's not. Even if you can't read Japanese, you can see more than one comment mentioning Final Fantasy. The song only resembles it during the beginning, but it still sounds a lot like it.

Maybe the composer based his first notes in his work in Nobuo Uematsu's master piece.

Nah, they tend to do that a lot in patches. In the Touhou patch for Pokémon, the final battle theme only ressembles the REAL one in from FireRed/LeafGreen during the first notes. Then it goes all ZOMG TOUHOUZ!

Marisa has like, 5 different themes; various remixes. I would'nt be a surprise. And this is the original one, Love-Coloured Master Spark is the remix, and the one that suites her best.
