May The Most High continue to use you" Ringo" with wisdom and knowledge to open up blinded eyes to millions of people that is brainwashed and caught up in this non-sense. If you really think it is mostly women and the less fortunate that falls for this stuff. Most of us are too lazy to read and study for ourselves so we believe any and everything these pastors say. Make sure you are worshiping The Most High and not your Pastor.....Ask for Wisdom and Knowledge. This sickens my stomach :(

You know ,there was a man who did this, and more than one. But this particular man I'm thinking of said "Lord, if you'll bless this business, I'll give you ten percent. I'll give you a tithe from everything that comes from it, and he did. By the time he died, he was giving God 90 percent and keeping 10, because God was giving him so much .  His name was J.C. Penney. the church i was attending is in the process of building a new church..now mind you the congregation is giving offerings but. that wasn't enough he had some of the church members call the church member @ home and ask for 80 bucks a month.80 bucks a month is high in the time of recession

Ringo, I have posted on a couple of your other posts, and the problem that I see is that preachers/teachers don't do what Jesus did, which is simply preach the Gospel. They are trying to interpret the Word and they just keep missing the mark. They will answer for their sins.

Personally, my battle wouldn't be against false teachers the way you are doing. Rather, I would just preach the truth the way it should be taught. You're making yourself the anti-false teacher, but for whose glory?

After watching these videos, I went back and studied for myself and saw how DECEIVED I had been all my life concerning this matter. But, before, ALL I ever did was rely on the pastors/preachers to give my GOD's word. Now that I study for myself, I know that TITHING was not monetary but, AGRICULTURAL.

I wanna go after copeland teaching and wondering what type program you use to edit the teachings on u-tube. I was partner with him for 25 years and wife and I were leaders of there church for years. Regarding the comment on Deut 30:19-20, Creflo is using that verse to differentiate between good and bad. Prosperity: good. Poverty: bad. Life: good. Death: bad. Though I think Creflo is one of the many Pulpit Pimps, I think Ringo missed the mark on this point.

I believe in still tithing what THE MOST HIGH bless you with because its a perpetual law which means it still apply today. On the other hand, I believe that the tithes should be used for church maintenance, community outreach, feeding the poor and clothing hungry, etc.. The tithes that go to the pastor should not be for cars, rings and suits.

Sorry, but your belief on tithing isn't biblical.

1. The tithe went to Levite Priest in the Temple in Jerusalem in that time. The Temple is long gone and so are the Priest and the purpose for that system.

2. No where in scripture does it command you to tithe money.

3. People who tithe to preachers so they could pay their church bills are deceived cause no of this is written in scripture.

4. No Pastor have a right to take tithes from people to feed anyone or use for his programs.

We have to stay focus on the scripture and not allow religion to blind us into thinking people are to tithe which scripture doesn't teach you to tithe to preachers or churches

If you want to feed people, then you take the responsibility and do your part. The whole church should do their part in their area.

Tithing according to Malachi is a FALSE DOCTRINE prosperity preachers use to pimp people. I've explained this 1000's of times yet people are still BLIND.

Tithing according to Malachi was about food, livestock, grains, fruits and vegetation, NOT MONEY.

Creflo is no Levite Priest, nor do Pastors have a command to receive tithes as Money at all.

Ringo, they are not getting it man. Tithing is not money. Send them to Deuteronomy 14 verse 22 to 49. after reading this,if they still tithes. its a sign that they are brainwashed. also Deut. 26 v. 12-13. Tithing was a feast, of God blessing towards his people and only the third year tithes was given to the levites. the first 2 years they just ATE the tithes or sometimes sold the tithe for MONEY if they were to far from home. and they were to spend that money on whatever they wanted to.

So ceflo is going to get HIS for spending tithes for his personal gain of course. But tithes should still be given to a church because it says storehouse. I personally think if anyone is in a church with 15,000 people and is wise enough to see the pastor throwing lies and twisting scripture for his personal gain should probably make the choice to leave and go to a humble church that will use the tithes correctly. But telling people not to tithe at all is taking it too far.

storehouse yes, but the church is not a storehouse. Storehouse were to keep food and also the word calls all of us priest (1 peter 2:9) and priest don't pay tithes. What i was trying to say is, the tithing of today is not biblical. I go by the word. Give 10% and whatever you want but don't call it biblical tithing because it is not.

Excellent point about the world's view of prosperity teaching -vs- the view of those following it. Classic case of programming. I also found that people were quick to talk against this teaching when I followed it. After a while, I was like..."what am i missing". Thanks to the Most High I now know the truth.
